I've recently been trying to go out to take portraits of unfamiliar people..... strangers to me. This was something I got into, leading up to going to photograph devotee's at the ashram in Watford. But now I struggle to engage with people, and feel more comfortable capturing people dwarfed by the landscape. I do want to photograph people up close its just not happening at the moment. Taking close portraits is what I'm drawn to, as it is the type of photography I most want to look at myself.
